MerrellF footwear sold on this shop is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the delivery date.
What is covered
Premature failure of stitching, hardware, waterproof membranes that leak from a factory seam, or midsoles that break down far ahead of expected wear may qualify. We repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
What is not covered
Wear from rocks, abrasion, heat, chemicals, improper size, lack of care, or modifications is not a defect. Outsoles that wear down from mileage, suede that stains, and water that enters over the collar are expected use.
How to file
Email [email protected] with photos of the issue, the style number on the hangtag or tongue, and your order number. Do not send a pair until we confirm a claim. Approved claims ship back to 1842 Northland Drive, Suite 140, Rockford, MI 49341.
