Most MerrellF adult shoes use a true-to-size last. Measure your foot at the end of the day and compare to the chart. If you wear a thick hike sock, consider a half size up.

Widths
Medium (M) is the default. Wide (W) is listed on selected hike and everyday styles. Kids’ sizes follow the US kids scale on each product page.
