Returns & Exchanges

If a pair is not the right last, size, or color, send it back unworn with the original box and packing slip.

Window

Unworn, unsoiled footwear and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Extended holiday returns, when announced in the site banner, run through the posted date.

Condition

Items must be in sellable condition: no trail dirt, no odor, tags still attached on apparel. Worn-in pairs are not eligible for a refund except under the limited warranty for a manufacturing defect.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for U.S. addresses on qualifying returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the pair, usually within 7–10 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest exchange is a new order for the size you need, then a return of the original pair. We do not hold inventory for a swap without a new checkout.

Final sale

Marked final-sale items, gift cards, and worn footwear are not returnable except where the limited warranty applies.
