FAQ

FAQ

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, checkout adds $8.95.

How do I choose a size?

Most MerrellF hike and everyday shoes run true to size. If you sit between half sizes, many hikers size up a half. Wide widths are offered on selected styles. See the Size Guide for US / EU conversions.

Are the shoes waterproof?

Only styles marked waterproof or GORE-TEX use a membrane. Leather and mesh that are not labeled waterproof will take on water in a stream crossing.

Can I change an order?

Email [email protected] as soon as you can. Once a carton is labeled we cannot edit the address or contents; return the pair after it arrives.

Do you price-match?

Sale prices on this shop already copy the amount shown on the source product page at harvest. We do not add extra coupons at the register unless a banner says otherwise.
